The Furst Pinot Gris 2011
Alsace, FranceRich round, soft, full-textured attack with ripe, pinot gris fruit. The flavours are classic Alsace: rich, spicy and heady with honeydew fruit, citrus and plenty of mouth weight. Not overbearing but requires food to really sing. Quiche Lorraine might be a great match.Tasted: 15 December 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $28.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
