The nose is bright and fresh with citrus, mineral cherry fruit notes mixed with an attractive yeasty note. The mousse is light but persistent with very fresh acidity, cherry, strawberry, anise and citrus/lees flavours. Bubbles are light and the style is slightly sweeter with very fresh acidity and tobacco, cherry, strawberry, anise and citrus/lees flavours. On the palate it is a sweeter brut style with very fresh acidity and tobacco, cherry, strawberry, anise and citrus flavours.
