Burgundy, FranceEssentially a declassified Mercurey, this has peppery, meaty, worsteshire, licorice, celery salt, cherry aromas. Fresh, light, elegant and dry palate with raspberry, cherry, earthy, meaty, smoky, tobacco flavours with a bit of carrot top.
