The palate is full with peach blossoms, pink grapefruit, roses and a heady, potent ginger spice note on the finish. Pour with Thai noodle dishes or lighter curries.

Alsace, FranceThe 2013 is nice notch up over the ‘12 with a more intense peach/pear and litchi fruit nose. The attack is still fresh and juicy with plenty of residual sugar and at least moderate acidity. Look for rich honey, peach, floral flavours with hint of spice in the finish.
