Blue Mountain Gold Label Brut NV

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBlue Mountain sparkling wines are méthode traditionnelle, meaning the traditional techniques for making French Champagne are employed faithfully. Finished dry, these wines are aged sur-lie for two-and-a-half to five years prior to being disgorged. They then receive an additional six to nine months of aging preceding release. Look for fine, creamy mousse. Green apple, floral, creamy, mineral aromas. Dry, round, creamy texture with green apple, citrus, light biscuit, floral, anise flavours. Not big but well balanced with good acidity.Tasted: 09 July 2005Tasted by: Prices:
