Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesSolesce (sol, Latin for 'sun', and essence) is the winery's flagship blend, a time-worthy release based on cabernet sauvignon and accompanied by merlot, cabernet franc, malbec and petit verdot. Years in bottle have allowed these grapes to meld into a deep, full bodied red, with mature notes of cassis, dried flowers, tar, cherries and a scented wood spice.
