Saint Émilion, Libourne, Bordeaux, FranceFrom a five-hectare site near Canon, Angelus and Beauséjour with clay over limestone soil. Peppery, cedar, spicy, cherry, orange peel, floral, light barnyard, leather and vanilla aromas, good aromatics. Ripe, round, full, juicy and slightly tannic and grippy palate. Orange peel, chocolate, peppery, cherry jam, coffee, herb, red currant and vanilla flavours. A bit warm but with fine concentration and ripeness, needs 3-10 years.
