Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaQuiet nose, offering up some dampered black plum, cherry and dust. The palate wakes up with juicy blackberry, ripe plum, fine cinnamon spice and slightly gummy, downy clad tannins. Big wood spice and extract on the hot finish. Grapes come from organic farms in Kaleden and Okanagan Falls, two vineyards facing each other across Skaha Lake. Aged in French and American oak for 31 months. Unfined and unfiltered - decanting recommended.
