Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThirty one months in oak is the story here as the French and American combo tends to dominate the wine drying out the fruit. Look for a woodsy, dusty, spicy red fruit flavours with plenty dry resiny tannins. A difficult year best served with grill meat to smooth out the edges.
