Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOpens subtlely with black peppercorns, light leaf and pressed cassis before a downy, quiet palate of bitter cherry, earth and worn cedar notes. A spike of blackcurrant acid works to pull the wood hewn, fading black cherry fruit to the finish. Grown at Knollvine Farm in Okanagan Falls, aged in French and American oak for 32 months. Unfined and unfiltered - decanting is recommended.
