Stoneboat Vineyards Pinotage 2012
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaI'm not a big fan of pinotage, especially the commercial stuff we see from South Africa but this cinsault/pinot noir cross seems to be digging in in BC. The '12 is one of the best yet offering pretty cherry mocha aromas and similar fruit with savoury black cherry fruit and some vanilla bleeding off the American oak barrels.
