Nobilo Icon Sauvignon Blanc 2013
Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandThe Nobilo Icon sauvignon is a big jump up in style and quality. The grapes are sourced out of the Awatere Valley, the Upper Wairau Valley, and Rapaura sub regions of Marlborough. There is a clear flinty/minerality throughout was is an intensely fruity white reminiscent of citrus and passion fruit. Multiple yeasts were used in the ferments to create complexity and depth of texture a perfect foundation for its jalapeño, and persistent tropical fruit flavours.
