Graham Beck The Game Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
Western Cape, South AfricaSimilar to last year it opens with smoky, resiny black pepper, earthy, aromas with a wisp of leather and cassis. The attack is dry and firm with warm somewhat acidic black fruit flavours mixed with more resin, tobacco, black olive and smoke. This wine needs a rustic menu dish like a cheese burger or a beef dip sandwich. Ready to drink.Tasted: 11 October 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $20.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
