Domaine de Chevalier 2011
Pessac-Léognan, Graves, Bordeaux, FranceSpicy, vanilla, coffee, black berry, licorice, meaty, rooty, black olive, tobacco aromas with a floral and leather note. Dry, tight, fresh but elegant palate with some astringency. Coffee, iron, earthy, black cherry, briar, cedar, olive, smoky oak and vanilla flavours with a bit of meat and tobacco on the fin ish. Good finesse and length with solid balance. Should be good for 3-7 years and a fine effort at the price.Tasted: 03 October 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $90.00 | 750ml |
