Pessac-Léognan, Graves, Bordeaux, FrancePeppery, licorice root, resin, cassis, black olive, black cherry, smoky leather, iron and barnyard aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant but astringent palate. Coffee, vanilla, cassis, earthy, chocolate, olive, peppery, meaty, cedar flavours. Solid concentration and intensity with some ability to age out the somewhat green, slightly bitter tannins.
