Goulburn Valley, Victoria, AustraliaThis blend of marsanne, viognier and roussanne is expressive perfume up front, with lime pulp, fresh lemon, crisp apple, stone fruit and wild herbs over a textural honeysuckle element. The lengthy finish goes into spiced lemon curd. The Tower wines (there is a red as well) are named after Tahbilk's iconic lookout style tower, a key part in their early gravity feeding and flow operations.
