Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA deft use of fresh juicy pinot gris and pinot blanc fatten up and aromatized by some 18 percent viognier sets the stage for this mid to heavy weight white. Rich yellow fruit flavours flecked with honey and ripe red apple honey and just a hint of butter. The finish is weighty and warm suggesting bigger menu fare. The winery employs several combinations of fermentation in both barrels and puncheons to be combined with the stainless steel portions.
