Champagne, FranceChampagne Delouvin-Bagnost has roots back to the late 17th century. Today, 4th generation Jerome and his wife manage the small family business in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. This NV is based on pinot meunier, and has ample dough and autolytic notes from first sniff through finish, with spiced stone, toasted hazelnuts, light berry, macaroon, popcorn toast and lifted with bright, lemon pith acidity.
