Lombardy, ItalyLots of medium fine mousse with a big nutty, toasty, cherry, baked apple, spicy, honey aromas. Round, juicy, slightly foamy and on the sweeter side of brut. Cherry, baked apple, nutty, spicy, honey, peach and guava flavours. Good finesse but a riper, fuller style for consumers to drink anytime.
