Western Cape, South AfricaClean cool, fresh nose of pear and grapefruit with a whiff of grass. The attack is juicy with lemon, grapefruit rind, melon, grassy, dried herb flavours. Simple straight up sauvignon for an assortment of raw fish dishes. Good value.
