The attack is dry, fresh and full with some youthful tannins followed by peppery, prune, coffee, roast bell pepper, black olive, cranberry, vanilla flavours with a hint of tomato paste. A cooler style red blend a la Tuscany that needs more time in the bottle to shed some tannin. Serve now with grilled meats.
