Yecla, Valencia and Murcia, SpainPeppery, black olive, black cherry jam, plum, savoury, fig, black licorice, chocolate nose with floral, balsamic aromas. The blend is 50/50 monastrell with garnacha and cabernet sauvignon fermented and aged ion oak giving it a rich, full, round, dry palate with dense, chalky tannins. Vanilla, chocolate, gamey, black berry, black raspberry, licorice root, black tea, tobacco flavours. Good finesse and fruit concentration in a very youthful wine.
