Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileNimbus is not your average Chilean sauvignon. More reserved it has a certain elegance on the palate along with gooseberry fruit mixed with mineral, bell pepper and smoky, grapefruit notes. The attack is off-dry, with buttery nettle, gooseberry and grass flavours.
