Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPale pink almost onion skin colour. Soft round earthy, raspberry rhubarb and citrus aromas and flavours with flecks of sweet grapefruit and spice. The mix of fruit is 60/20/14.5/5.5 chardonnay, gewürztraminer, pinot gris and merlot for a hint of colour. Fresh and dry with hint of sagebrush. Food friendly and would be fun to serve with a charcuterie palate.
