Sea Star Stella Blanc de Noir 2013

Pender Island, Southern Gulf Islands, British Columbia, CanadaThe Sea Star Blanc De Noir is an enticing onion skin/eye of the partridge tone made from island fruit grown at Clam Bay Farm. Gentle whole-cluster pressed fruit yields miniscule colour and a round almost sweet and sour fruit entry. Rhubarb and candied notes of watermelon spilled from the glass with light citrus and lemon peel notes mark the palate. Simple effective style for a warm summer day. Try this with a grilled prawn salad. Prices impossible to ascertain for some unknown reason apparently they are less than $20.Tasted: 31 July 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
