Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaExpect a cool but ripe strawberry, youthful pinot nose with soft textures and fine tannins. The palate is similar to the nose with a strawberry, rhubarb, spicy, red fruit character with a touch of toast and chocolate. A solid, if cool style. Oven baked sockeye salmon is the match.
