Stag's Hollow Riesling Amalia Vineyard 2013
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWow. Just off dry but extremely crisp and fresh this riesling hits all the right notes from its enticing floral, subtly botrytised, tea rose nose to its citrus, peachy/strawberry, orange peel crunchy fruit. The fruit is sourced from Amalia Vineyard located on the west bench of Osoyoos. Any wine that makes you salivate is high on minerality and at 11.5 percent alcohol I'm high on this label. Well done.
