Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Winemaster's Reserve 2012
Western Cape, South AfricaOne of the best we have tasted in years with well-defined aromas and flavours blackcurrants, black cherries with spicy vanilla undertones. The attack is smooth and balanced with more dark fruit and spice. Clean well-made and would be perfect with grilled meat dishes, beef stroganoff and stews. So much cleaner and brighter than previous versions. The fruit is all Western Cape and is now 15 to 22 years old.
