The attack is quiet preferring subtle citrus, grapefruit, grass and aromatic notes that draw you into the glass. Bits of lime and dried herbs with just a touch of citrus mark the palate of what could be mistaken for a mini Sancerre. Complexity and balance make this very food-friendly.
