William Fèvre Chablis Bougros Côte Bouguerots Grand Cru Domaine 2011
Chablis, Burgundy, FranceImpressive light honey, lees, seaweed, lime and green apple skin notes with dried herbs and grassy aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant, round but slightly austere palate with creamy acidity. Lime, green apple skin, spicy lees, grassy, leafy, seaweed, butter and quince flavours with a hint of vanilla. Very elegant but also has an austerity and structure to age 2-5 years. Not as big as the 2010 but still offers fine intensity.Tasted: 25 May 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $96.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
