Spierhead Pinot Noir Rosé 2013
South Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh, dry nose with hints of soft, red fruits. The attack is similar with warm red fruit flavours reminiscent of strawberries and cherries with a resiny earthy undercurrent. There is a certain heft to the wine suggesting it would be better with slightly more substantial summer dishes, grilled chicken or cheeses.Tasted: 20 May 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $20.00 | 750ml | private wine shops, VQA stores, winery direct |
