Mendoza, ArgentinaCertified organic, this bonarda opens with a somewhat reduced nose. Smoky, garlic lees notes mix with spice and sweet plums and vanilla. The attack is warm (alcoholic) and soft and with time in the glass it cleans up a bit with chewy, black liquorice and fruit flavours.
