Two blocks are involved with the most coming off the east side of the property where the temperatures are cooler. Classic peachy apple aromas with floral (3 per cent viognier) undertones. The attack is juicy with bright citrus fruit flavours with a pinch of honey and green apple skin. A fresh, skinny riesling style that is food-friendly.
