Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaHere's a tip Canadian retailers, list this wine. A series of classic Barossa and Eden Valley varietals were released to be a 'portrait' of the region. Predictably lazy buyers and sellers select the shiraz and or the cabernet sauvignon bypassing the star of the series THE RIESLING. Dry, fresh crisp and fruity this little riesling has it all in spades. The fruit is sourced from cool, high altitude levels in the revered Eden Valley. Each single vineyard was fermented separately and put back together by the winemaking team who appear to drink as much of this wine as they sell. Fresh, bright, floral, pure this is a delicious style of eminently drinkable riesling.
