In this case it's the cooler Adelaide Hills that play home to this delicious sauvignon blanc that clearly revels in the cool temperatures and its single vineyard home near Kersbrook. Freshness and finesse are not always easily achieved but both are here in spades. Expect floral/tropical fruit aromas with a subtle undercurrent of nettle. The palate is lively green fruit affair with guava, grapefruit and lime rind.
