Hautes-Côtes de Nuits , Burgundy, FranceEarthy, carrot top, cherry, resin, compost, spicy, tobacco aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant, slightly lean and austere palate. Smoky, herbal, rhubarb, sour cherry, resin, cedar and tobacco leaf flavours. Very lean, austere finish, needs a few years and some duck.
