Meyer Family Vineyards Pinot Noir Reimer Vineyard Kelowna 2012
East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLight lees, tobacco leaf, plum, cherry jam, barnyard, vanilla, liquorice aromas with a savory, meaty note. Dry, fresh, juicy, slightly lean palate with light tannins but full. Cherry, liquorice, meaty, peppery, cool tea, celery salt, leesy flavours. Very youthful with good fruit but needs 2-4 years to soften up some of the more astringent tannins on the finish. Best now with charcuterie plates, spring vegetables and even goat cheese.Tasted: 26 March 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $40.00 | 750ml | winery direct |
