Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRind-y grapefruit, green apple skin aromas with light butterscotch and lanolin notes. Fresh, juicy, elegant, slightly soft palate with a touch of oiliness. Salty, nutty lees, green apple, lemon custard, light vanilla and guava flavours. Nice finesse in a lighter, fresh style. The 2011 Tribute Series is dedicated to a different Canadian that been outstanding in their field.
