Champagne, FranceLight yellow with very fine continuous mousse. Very toasty, baked apple, citrus peel, cashew, waxy, spicy aromas. Crisp, fresh, juicy, creamy palate with fine mousse and fairly dry brut style. Juicy pear, baked granny smith, floral, lemon custard, cashew, toasty brioche and cream flavours. Very good concentration and length, much in the style of Krug.
