Pedemonte Valpolicella, Verona, Veneto, ItalyClean peppery, chocolate/cherry aromas. On the palate the attack is soft and smooth with more ripe/sweet peppery, black cherry fruit with a touch of cedar and black liquorice in the finish. Excellent balance and length makes this food friendly. Serve with mushroom or meaty pasta dishes.
