Penticton Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLight green apple, butter, matchstick, floral, pear aromas. Dry, fresh, somewhat skinny style with an oily texture and popcorn, butter, baked apple skin, citrus, grassy flavours. A bit thin on the finish but otherwise solid cool climate style. Food friendly.
