Bolgheri, Tuscany, ItalyA cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc blend with fragrant floral, plum, cassis, red fruit and cedar nose. Dry resiny, black and red fruits flavours with some savoury toasted oak and fresh acidity. The wines are aged for 10 months in barriques and then 3 months in bottle. More of a firm, dry and lean red. Try this with a T-bone steak or continue to age it for another three to five years.
