Region del Valle Central, ChileIt's never good when the packaging is fresher than the wine so the good news is the TA sauvignon tries to keep up. Plenty of citrus, with some underlying grassy notes and somewhat bitter guava in the back end. The finish is grassy dry calling for food to temper the dryness.
