Spicy, peppery, black cherry, liquorice, smoky nose with light barnyard, saddle leather, celery salt, vanilla and olive notes. Rich, full, round, suave and fresh palate with smooth tannins. Ripe black cherry, plum, peppery, licorice, floral, mineral, stony flavours flecked with celery, cassis, vanilla, chocolate and thyme flavours. Well balanced even at 15 percent alcohol.
