La Consulta, Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaBlack pepper, black olive, savoury, cassis, floral, smoky, saddle leather, light barnyard, coffee bean and briar aromas. Rich, full, round, juicy and suave but hot with some grainy, youthful tannins. Big cassis jam, chocolate, spicy, leather, tobacco, black cherry, vanilla, black olive, smoky flavours. Despite being somewhat hot, this has excellent concentration and length but needs 3-5 years to round out.
