Champagne Veuve Clicquot Rosé Brut NV

Champagne, FranceLike its yellow label sibling, this VC rosé is one of the best selling of its type worldwide. From up to 60 vineyards, this blends 50% pinot noir, 20% meunier and 30% chardonnay, with 12% red wine (saignée method) and up to 45% reserve wines. The madame Cliquot is credited with inventing the first blended rosé in 1818, and this remains focused on her favourite grape, pinot noir. Pouring a deeper pink hue, this leads with generous strawberry jam, tangerine, pink grapefruit acidity, and subtle stony spice, the latter mingling with vanilla biscuit on the finish. The palate is creamy and friendly with a brut dosage, with enough weight and succulence for solo sipping or canapés pairings.Tasted: 03 June 2026Tasted by: Prices:
