Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTomato paste and light bell pepper mix with smoky, vanilla, cranberry, tobacco leaf and dill aromas. Dry, lean, somewhat tart palate with leafy, cassis, herbal, smoky coffee, vanilla, roast bell pepper and black tea. Austere and very oaky with a hollow mid-palate.
