Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainMilmanda is being transitioned to a cooler fresher style that is more food-friendly and more modern. The nose remains spicy, with apricot, honey and light vanilla tones. There is much less malolactic now with a decrease of 40 percent. Elegant, fresh, skinny with spicy creamy lees and green apple, honey, orange flavours. Brighter with more minerality and length. Impressive changes.
