Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainBig meaty, black cherry jam, spicy, savoury, licorice, chocolate, floral, resin aromas. Ripe, round, suave, dry palate with light tannins. Leather, chocolate, light barnyard, meaty, sage, black pepper, black raspberry jam, liquorice root and prune flavours. A bit warm and rustic but good intensity and fruit for that winter lamb leg dish.
