Piedmont, ItalySmoky oak, peppery, tar, chocolate, black cherry, licorice, tobacco leaf aromas. Dry, light, lean but elegant palate with light tannins. Sour cherry, resin, espresso, peppery, smoky, licorice and vanilla flavours with a smoked meat finish. Lacks fruit and density with huge oak on the finish.
